On May 16, Jinan Smart Elderly Care School and Daejin University of South Korea held an international exchange and plaque awarding ceremony.

The delegation from Daejin University included Vice President Kwon Ho, Park Jun-dian, Kim Woo-hoon, and Zhang Xin from the College of International Cooperation, as well as Vice President's Secretaries Lee Moon-ho and Zhou Qiang. They visited Jinan Smart Elderly Care School for exchange and cooperation. Attending the meeting from Jinan Smart Elderly Care School were Principal Li Guang, Executive Principal Guo, Vice Principal Wang Baochao, and heads of relevant departments. The meeting was chaired by Vice Principal Wang Liang.

The two sides formally signed the Intercollegiate Cooperation Agreement and held a plaque awarding ceremony for the "International Student Source Base of Daejin University, Korea", marking a significant step forward in the internationalization of vocational education in elderly care in Jinan.

During the exchange symposium, the school extended a warm welcome to the delegation and gave a brief introduction to its basic situation. Vice President Kwon Ho expressed sincere gratitude for the warm reception and gave a detailed overview of Daejin University’s history, academic programs, and international cooperation. Subsequently, under the witness of all attendees, the two sides signed a framework agreement for cooperation and exchange and held the plaque unveiling ceremony.

At the signing ceremony, both parties announced the launch of a China-Korea Joint Talent Training Program, and expressed their commitment to deepening cooperation in student exchange programs. They will further explore various forms of collaboration, including faculty exchange and training during school breaks, mutual student visits, and joint development and sharing of teaching resources. This partnership aims to integrate the strengths of both institutions and promote greater achievements in intercollegiate exchange, academic research, and talent cultivation.
